Mr. Chaudhary has served as a Director of Kohl’s since July 2026 and brings more than three decades of global consumer brands and senior enterprise leadership experience to the Board. Mr. Chaudhary served as Chair (2023-2024) and Chief Executive Officer (2021-2023) of Panera Brands, leading a multi-billion-dollar business that included Panera Bread, Caribou Coffee, and Einstein Bros. Bagels. From 2019 to 2021, he served as CEO of Panera Bread. Prior to joining Panera, Mr. Chaudhary was President and Chief Operating Officer, International of Krispy Kreme from 2017 to 2019. Before that, he spent 20 years in progressive leadership roles at Yum! Brands, including Global President of KFC, where he oversaw 5,000 restaurants across 50 countries, and President of Yum! India. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Operations for PepsiCo Restaurants India. Mr. Chaudhary also serves on the board of directors of SIG Group AG (SWX: SIGN).
